La Meno Jewelry is a fast-growing jewelry brand based in Irvine, CA. As we expand nationwide, we attend major conventions and events across the U.S. to connect directly with customers.
We’re building a small, high-energy sales team and are looking for someone who loves travel, thrives in face-to-face sales, and enjoys working in a fast-paced event environment.
The Role
This is a travel-heavy, sales-focused position centered around weekend events and conventions across the United States. If you enjoy meeting new people, closing sales, and being on the road, this role offers hands-on experience in event sales and brand growth.
Compensation: Hourly pay + commission on sales
All travel expenses are fully covered (flights, hotels, rental cars).
What You’ll Do
Event Sales & Travel (Primary Responsibility)
- Travel nationwide to conventions and events (typically Thursday–Monday)
- Set up and break down booth displays on-site
- Actively engage customers, share our brand story, and close sales
- Cross-sell and upsell products to maximize commission earnings
- Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays
- Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly, confident attitude
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and event team
- Stay attentive and available to customers throughout event hours
- Network with other vendors and customers to identify new event opportunities
Event Prep & Weekday Support (Flexible)
- Prepare and restock inventory for upcoming events
- Package and organize products to be display-ready
- Review event logistics (emails, setup instructions, parking, schedules)
- Assist with basic operations or marketing tasks as needed
- Assist other aspects of the office operations such as warehouse tasks or fulfillment tasks

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
