Boley's Residential Pool (On Call) staff documents services provided to residents per individualized Service Implementation Plans and maintains safe and secure residential environments by performing security checks, bed checks and crisis interventions.

Who are Pool Staff?
Pool Staff are on-call staff who backup employees by working available shifts to fill gaps in schedules to ensure adequate coverage at Boley Residential facilities, which operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

When and how are schedules posted?
Schedules are posted every 2 weeks on When to Work (Boley's online platform).
How do I determine which shifts I will work?
No pressure! You select which shifts you are available to work. Shifts include 3 pm - 11 pm (2nd shift), 11 pm - 7 am (3rd shift) and occasional day shifts on Saturdays and Sundays.
How often am I expected to work a shift?
Pool staff are expected to work at least one shift every month.
What are the maximum number of hours I can work in one week?
29 hours.
What training do I need?
We’ve got you covered! Pool staff will receive at least one week of paid onsite training, to ensure it's a good fit for them and Boley.
What are the required qualifications?
Should have at least a high school diploma/GED, be able to pass a Level 2 background check and drug screen and have a have a valid Florida driver’s license.
What’s the compensation?
Base compensation is $16.00 an hour
Could this lead to a full-time job?
Yes! Pool staff who have worked with no break in service/pool work assignments, consisting of ninety (90) days or more, may request to be transferred to a regular status position by completing a new employment application.
