Job Summary
We are seeking passionate and dedicated In Person Speech Language Pathologists to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to diverse populations, including pediatric and geriatric patients. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough speech and language assessments for patients across various age groups, including children with early intervention needs and adults with speech impairments.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized speech-language therapy plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs and goals.
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive treatment strategies and optimal patient progress.
- Provide direct in-person therapy sessions focusing on improving speech articulation, language comprehension, fluency, voice quality, and social communication skills.
- Utilize electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems to document evaluations, treatment progress, and patient interactions accurately and efficiently.
- Educate patients and their families on strategies for ongoing communication improvement and support at home or in educational settings.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of physiology, anatomy relevant to speech production, medical terminology, and current best practices in speech-language pathology.
Experience
- Proven experience working with pediatric populations, including early intervention services in school or clinical settings.
- Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive speech and language evaluations for individuals with diverse disabilities or speech impairments.
- Experience implementing speech therapy plans for children with developmental delays or disabilities as well as adults requiring rehabilitative services.
- Familiarity with telehealth therapy platforms and delivering remote services effectively is a plus; previous telehealth experience is preferred.
- Strong background working within multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care across healthcare providers or educational staff.
- Knowledge of working with geriatric patients or individuals with neurological conditions affecting communication is advantageous.
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques based on patient needs while maintaining a compassionate approach focused on patient care excellence.

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
