This is NOT your average furniture sales job. We’re looking for someone who can: Sell on the showroom floor Build relationships in the community Create engaging Facebook videos/posts Go LIVE on social media Post products on Facebook Marketplace Help customers design their dream home

What You’ll Do
- Assist customers in-store with furniture purchases
- Create daily Facebook & social media content
- Post products to Facebook Marketplace & local groups
- Go LIVE on Facebook to showcase promotions & new arrivals
- Build relationships with repeat and referral customers
- Follow up with leads and financing opportunities
- Help grow the Hometown Furniture brand in your community
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable being on camera
- Experience with Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, or Marketplace
- Self-motivated & dependable
- Sales experience preferred (but personality matters more!)
- Ability to work weekends
- Positive attitude & team player mentality
Bonus Skills
- Furniture sales experience
- Video creation/editing
- Canva or graphic design experience
- Facebook advertising knowledge
- Community networking
