Assistant to CEO – Miami, Florida
Detail-oriented and organized administrative professional with strong customer service skills and the ability to support the CEO of a Bank being formed in Florida. Responsible for assisting the CEO with document preparation, writing and organizing the Banking Application and Business Plan for the Business, data entry, transaction processing support, filing, and general administrative duties while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with banking procedures. Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team and colleagues in a fast-paced financial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist with daily administrative tasks.
· Handle Investor Communications and Investor Relations.
· Support banking application and documentation processes.
· Review and organize bookeeping records.
· Perform accurate data entry and maintain investor and board member information.
· Assist investors and board members with basic inquiries and direct requests appropriately.
· Prepare reports, correspondence, and internal documentation.
· Process and track progress of the bank application process informing stakeholders of progress and status.
· Maintain confidentiality of company, investor, board and financial information.
· Support compliance requirements and internal policies.
· Coordinate appointments and provide general office support.
Preferred Qualifications:
· AA or BA/BS preferred
· Previous administrative, customer service, or banking experience preferred.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.

Pay: $38,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
