Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Field Service Technician - II to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing on-site maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of complex electrical and mechanical equipment across various customer locations. Your expertise will ensure optimal equipment performance, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction. Duties
- Travel to customer locations and provide outstanding customer service.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic fitness equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance on commercial and residential fitness equipment.
- Troubleshoot basic console, software, and equipment connectivity issues.
- Replace parts and verify proper equipment operation.
- Assemble, disassemble, install, and relocate fitness equipment.
- Use hand tools, testing equipment, and manufacturer service information to complete repairs.
- Complete service reports and work orders using a smartphone or tablet.
- Work with manufacturer technical support when needed to resolve complex issues.
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, professional work environment.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a service technician or in a related mechanical or electrical field preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience using hand tools and basic diagnostic equipment.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems.
- Experience troubleshooting equipment, machinery, or similar products.
- Basic computer and smartphone skills; experience with equipment software or networking is a plus.
- Ability to read service manuals, wiring diagrams, or technical instructions.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage a daily service schedule, and prioritize tasks.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
