Position Overview
The Director of Partnerships/ Business Development will lead strategic growth initiatives for Profitise's home services vertical, with ownership over revenue expansion, partner acquisition, and affiliate network development. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for building a scalable pipeline, closing enterprise-level partnerships, and shaping the future of our marketplace.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams while building and leading a high-performing business development function.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth & Partnerships
- Identify, and onboard new home services vendor and buyer partnerships

Build and manage a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities

Negotiate contracts and long-term agreements with key partners

Drive repeat business through relationship management and account expansion
Affiliate Network Expansion
- Recruit and onboard high-quality affiliates and traffic sources

Provide strategic insight into payout structures and partner incentives

Continuously optimize partner performance and ROI
Team Leadership & Strategy
- Build, mentor, and scale the business development team

Establish KPIs, sales processes, and performance benchmarks

Partner with executive leadership on growth strategy and market positioning
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing to develop compelling sales collateral and campaigns
- Partner with Product/Tech teams to improve lead flow, tracking, and platform performance

Provide feedback on systems, tools, and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability
Market Intelligence
- Stay ahead of industry trends in home services, lead gen, and affiliate marketing
- Represent Profitise at industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities

Deliver insights on competitive positioning and emerging opportunities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business development, sales, or partnerships experience (home services industry strongly preferred)

Proven track record of closing high-value deals and driving revenue growth

Experience in affiliate marketing, lead generation, or performance marketing environments
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

Experience building and managing teams is a plus
