Position Overview
The Injection Molding Lead Processor position defines and sets the standards for new injection molding processes. New molds will be dialed in to meet customer specifications by the Lead Processor. Existing molding processes which need adjustments or troubleshooting will be handled by this position as well. Once processes are created, the Lead Processor will document all aspects of the process for future use.

Essential Job Functions
· Process new molding processes.
· Maintain documentation related to molding processes.
· Ensure newly created parts meet specifications.
· Setup & troubleshoot existing molding processes.
Requirements
· Proven working experience in Injection Molding.
· Must have in depth knowledge of processing, materials, etc.
· Excellent documentation skills.
· Collaborative worker able to work with others.
· Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Other Skills/Abilities
· ERP Software Understanding (Shoptech E2 Preferred)
· Ability to read and understand blueprints
· Minimum 5 years manufacturing experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
