SUMMARY
Over the past seven years, our Leadership and Organizational Development team has built a strong, integrated system of tools, programs, and learning experiences aligned with Mortenson’s culture and business strategy. This development infrastructure is designed to accelerate leadership growth and meet the evolving needs of our customers and internal teams.
We are now looking for a Leadership & Organizational Development Senior Specialist to bring this system to life. In this next phase of our journey, you’ll support a data-driven approach to organizational development, consult with business partners, and play a key role in strengthening culture, effectiveness and performance across Mortenson. This is a high-impact opportunity to influence people, processes and systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
6+ years of progressive experience in leadership development, organizational development, talent development, or learning & development roles.
Experience leading enterprise-wide OD initiatives and strategic projects from ideation through implementation.
Proven facilitation skills with experience engaging audiences at multiple leadership levels.
Strong consulting skills and the ability to build trust and influence across a complex organization.
Proficiency in applying assessments, learning technologies, and evaluation methods.
Excels in communication, data visualization and storytelling for various audiences.
Experience coaching or team effectiveness.
Experience using tools like Oracle, Microsoft Suite, LMS, or Adobe Creative Suite a plus.

The base pay range for this role is $92,300 - $138,500. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%).
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. This position is eligible for Mortenson’s incentive plan.
