Duties
- Assist with site preparation by clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, and organizing materials
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment efficiently and safely
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency on-site
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times
- Operate heavy equipment/machinery ensuring proper handling and safety procedures
- Participate in site inspections and report any hazards or issues to supervisors promptly
Experience
- Prior experience in construction or manual labor is preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy materials, standing for extended periods, and climbing ladders or scaffolding
- Strong attention to safety procedures and a proactive attitude toward maintaining a safe work environment
- Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work well within a team
- Basic understanding of construction site operations
- Experience in operation of excavators, rollers, skid steer, trackhoe is required
