Position Summary:
As a Mental Health Therapist, you’ll provide high-quality, direct therapy services in an environment built on compassion, collaboration, and consistent excellence. You’ll work within a clear clinical framework that values your expertise while offering deep connection with clients and a supportive team.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver individual, family, and/or group therapy using evidence-based practices
- Complete assessments and treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique needs
- Collaborate with care teams and community partners to ensure whole-person care
- Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation
- Adhere to all clinical guidelines, ethical standards, and compliance requirements
- Be a dependable and compassionate resource for individuals in Clinton County seeking support
- Provide school-based therapy

Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field
- Licensure in Indiana (or ability to obtain) as LSW, LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT
- A strong commitment to inclusive, client-centered, trauma-informed care
- Excellent documentation and clinical judgment skills
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed within Clinton County and Delphi, IN.
