Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inspector helper to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that products meet the required specifications and standards. This position involves performing inspections, data collection, and maintaining compliance with various quality systems such as ISO 9001 and ISO 13485. The Inspector will utilize various measuring tools and techniques to ensure product quality and safety.
Duties
- Conduct thorough quality inspections of products throughout the manufacturing process.
- Utilize Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and Calypso software for precise measurements.
- Perform data collection and analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP standards and other relevant quality systems.
- Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records of findings.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Fabricate test samples as necessary for inspection purposes.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of quality inspection processes and procedures.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
