At Greenleaf Gardens, a subsidiary of Canopy USA, LLC, your day starts with the plants. You’ll step into a controlled environment and survey the canopy, check irrigation, and review the day’s plan with your Cultivation Manager and Lead. From there, you’ll guide plants from clone to harvest—mixing fertigation solutions, adjusting trellis lines, pruning and defoliating for ideal airflow, and logging everything with precision.
Throughout the day you’ll propagate to hit inventory targets, repot with uniformity, scan plants into their designated locations, and keep an eye out for early signs of pests or nutrient issues. You’ll tune irrigation, move plants safely between rooms, sanitize equipment and spaces, and finish by disposing of waste properly so tomorrow starts clean. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week role with a clear path to take on more responsibility as you grow.
Greenleaf Gardens is part of Canopy USA, LLC—a leading, vertically integrated, multi-state operator. With Acreage Holdings transitioning to Canopy USA, LLC in December 2024, we’re aligning three business units—Wana, Jetty, and Acreage—to unlock operating synergies and expand in state-legal markets. Our brands span the category: Superflux flower, Jetty vapes and concentrates, Wana edibles and beverages, and retail through The Botanist. We’re focused on accelerating growth, particularly across the Midwestern and Northeastern U.S., by building a nimble, innovation-driven organization.
