Lodos AI’s founder is looking for a proactive assistant to support business operations and day-to-day personal tasks. What you’ll help with
Personal support
- Local errands around Mesa/Gilbert/Tempe
- Appointment booking and schedule coordination
- Coordination of home services, repairs, and deliveries
- Keeping personal tasks organized and on track
- Running daily errands
Business support
- Calendar and scheduling management
- Deadline tracking and proactive follow-ups
- Vendor, software, and tool research
- Email drafting and basic communication support
- Travel planning, reservations, notes, documents, and task lists
Who would be a great fit for this role?
- Local to Mesa/Gilbert/Tempe or nearby, able to drive, and has reliable transportation
- Highly organized, dependable, and comfortable handling both personal and business tasks
- Proactive; follows up instead of waiting to be reminded
- Clear and direct communicator interested in startups, AI, business, entrepreneurship, or operations
- Excited to join something early and help build it from the ground up
