We’re a 100% plant-based burger joint — but you don’t have to be vegan to work here. You just have to be great with people. We look for personality, energy, and real hospitality skills first. Then we figure out where you fit best — guest experience, front counter, kitchen, shake station, expo. If you have great energy, we will train you for the rest.

What you’ll actually do:
Be the face of Unburger — greet guests, make recommendations, make first-timers feel comfortable with our menu.
Work as one team — we all jump between front and back to keep the flow going. Keep quality high — build our burgers, chick’n sandwiches, fries, nachos, and dairy-free shakes to spec, fresh and consistent.
Keep it clean and safe — follow food safety, sanitation, and allergy protocols every shift. Run the tech — take orders on our kiosk/POS, handle cash accurately, keep orders moving. What we’re looking for (not a checklist):
Big hospitality energy — friendly, upbeat, patient, you like people.
You can move fast and stay positive when it’s busy.
Reliable and team-first — you show up and you have your crew’s back.
Curiosity about plant-based food is a plus, but not requiredPrevious restaurant, retail, coffee shop, or customer service experience is helpful — but personality > resume.
