The Opportunity
The Data Integrity Analyst will support a government contract by evaluating and validating platform capabilities and documenting findings to inform mission needs. The analyst works closely with program leadership, government stakeholders, platform vendors, and internal teams to support tool evaluations, assess data sources for accuracy and relevance, and validate inbound data streams to maintain data integrity. This role also monitors emerging industry capabilities, participates in vendor engagements, and contributes to project documentation and testing activities that support ongoing capability assessments and program objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and validate commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) tools against customer requirements, ensuring capability alignment and operational relevance

Monitor inbound data streams for new elements and validate through rigorous testing
- Analyze data sources for accuracy and relevance, ensuring high-quality input for analysis and reporting

Implement maintenance activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Eagerness to learn and utilize new, emerging tools at a rapid pace
- Participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation, ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones
- Communicate key metrics and trends to support informed procurement
- Deliver senior executive level briefings and collaborate with stakeholders and vendors
- Participate in vendor engagements, demonstrations, and capability briefings

Collaborate with internal teams to alignment across operational efforts

Assist in the program training coordination and facilitation

Travel up to 10-25% in support of customer requirements

Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Must have active Secret or higher Security clearance; the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is preferred.
Education

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Skills, Experience & Abilities

3-5 years of experience supporting analytical processe

3-5 years of experience successfully supporting complex projects

Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively conveying complex information to various stakeholders

Knowledge of open-source research methodologies, including source evaluation, data verification, and responsible use of publicly available information

Strong communication, presentation, and team building skills
Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) or publicly available information (PAI) research through coursework, internships, or professional experience.

Basic experience using data visualization or analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, Tableau, or similar platforms).

Demonstrated ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly in a fast-paced environment.
