Job Description:
We are looking for a talented line cooks to prepare and cook a variety of dishes to perfection. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, a strong understanding of techniques, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the club’s recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and presented beautifully.
- Maintain a clean and organized station
- Monitor and manage inventory of all menu items
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including food handling and sanitation practices.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and consistent food quality.
- Assist in the creation of new menu items and specials.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a high-volume kitchen.
- Strong understanding of various techniques and equipment.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training is a plus.
