A health insurance and employee benefits advisor at Savage & Associates is looking for a tech-savvy benefits professional to manage our benefits administration platforms and help employer clients run smooth, successful open enrollments. You'll serve as the go-to expert on benefits technology — configuring systems, managing carrier integrations, and partnering with our client service team to deliver a great experience for both employers and employees.
What you'll do:
- Configure and manage benefits administration platforms — setting up employer groups, benefit plans, eligibility rules, and enrollment workflows
- Coordinate carrier and payroll integrations, including testing, validation, and launch
- Build and organize open enrollment materials: benefit guides, comparison charts, presentations, and digital resources
- Monitor carrier feeds, troubleshoot system and data issues, and support employer training
Skillset you should bring:
- Solid understanding of employee benefits administration — eligibility rules, enrollment processes, and compliance basics
- Hands-on experience with benefits platforms, carrier integrations, and enrollment technologies
- Able to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines consistently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Additional preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Prior experience in benefits administration, HR technology, payroll coordination, or agency management systems
- Ohio Life and Health license (or willingness to obtain)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
