We are looking for a thorough housekeeper with excellent cleanliness standards to attend all areas of our facilities. Our goal is to enhance customer experience by ensuring our hotel is in a clean and orderly condition.
Responsibilities
- Making sure every single room is at its absolute best for our guests - clean and perfectly presented
- Cleaning duties include vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, changing linen, dusting and more, in line with our "IHG Way of Clean" standards
- Maintain equipment in good condition
- Report on any missing items, damages, or security issues
- Monitoring and controlling supplies to minimize waste
- Regularly assisting with deep clean projects
- Helping in laundry as needed
- Both Spanish and English speakers are encouraged to apply
Skills
- Proven working experience in relevant field is preferred
- Ability to work independently and remain motivated
- Helpful with customer service orientation
- Prioritization and time management skills
- Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail
