Maguire Products, Inc. is hiring a full-time Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Aston, PA.
We’re a fast-paced manufacturing office looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities throughout the day. This role is a key part of our core accounting and operations team and works closely with management to support daily financial and administrative operations.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys owning processes, staying organized under pressure, and takes pride in accuracy and follow-through.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing and verifying vendor invoices against packing lists and purchase orders
- Managing accounts payable data entry and maintaining accurate GL coding
- Supporting collections activities and aging follow-up
- Handling daily bank deposit and post office runs
- Managing laser order paperwork and system entry
- Maintaining organized physical and digital filing systems
- Assisting with front desk and phone coverage during scheduled times
- Supporting general office, logistics, and operational tasks as needed
We’re looking for someone with:
✔ 2–4 years of AP, data entry, or office support experience
✔ Strong attention to detail and time management skills
✔ Experience with Excel, Outlook, and database systems
✔ A professional communication style and strong follow-up skills
✔ A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
