Job Description:
Zocalo is looking for motivated, reliable, and experienced Barbacks to join our fast-paced, high-energy team. Our restaurant specializes in delivering authentic street-style tacos and craft cocktails, and we’re seeking individuals who are passionate about hospitality and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support bartenders by stocking and restocking bar supplies
- Keep the bar area clean and organized throughout service
- Assist with preparing garnishes, ice, and bar tools
- Remove trash and empty glassware promptly
- Help ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous barback or bar experience required
- Must be able to lift and carry 50+ lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
