We are seeking a compassionate and experienced licensed RN to lead one of our facilities as the Director of Nursing. As the cornerstone of our team, this special individual will oversee day-to-day operations in a way that ensures high standards of care and provides business excellence, as well as mentoring an exceptional support staff to achieve our company's vision.

***SIGNING BONUS: $10,000.00 (payment terms are: $4000.00 in first payroll after start date, $6,000.00 at 6-month anniversary)

Duties:
- Manage operations within regulatory standards and providing excellent resident care while maximizing profitability.
- Develop, lead and inspire a team of exceptional caregivers, culinary and support staff.
- Complete clinical assessments of residents’ health status and develop care plans.
- Manage total care of residents including administering medication, and performing treatment orders.
- Fill in for nursing assistants and care partners as needed.
- Creates reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided.
- Exemplify company mission, vision and values.
- Additional duties as delegated.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Licensed and in good standing as an RN in the state of MN
- 5 years experience (minimum) in the Senior Adult Care/Enhance Assisted Living/ Memory Care community
- Preferably interested in successful experience as a Director of Nursing, or those who aspire to move forward in their nursing career to become a Director of Nursing.
- Strong knowledge base and understanding of DHS compliance and standards of care and have successfully completed 2 or more state surveys.
- Possess leadership qualities consistent with a Director-level position
- Be flexible and adaptable to changing situations.
- Team player with positive attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with Director, Care Partners, and other staff.
- Be compassionate and work with tact and ethical awareness.
- Must qualify for employment, after criminal background check, per guidelines of the Minnesota Department of Human Services.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
