Titan SenQuest Management, Inc. is seeking Caregivers for Fairhaven, our senior living community in Denton, TX. The Caregiver is responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living in a positive environment. Experience with the elderly in a community setting is preferred.
This Full Time position is 40 hours per week with every other weekend off. We are hiring for a 2PM - 10PM Caregiver and also PRN Caregivers. We offer a competitive wage starting at $14.50 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities
· Conduct rounds to check on resident needs
· Assist in bathing, dressing, and toiletry needs of residents
· Light housekeeping of resident rooms and clean-up of spills
· Assist getting residents to dining room for meals
· Serve meals to residents in dining room and/or their private rooms
· Follow nursing service policies and procedures
· Maintain a positive attitude when talking with residents and co-workers
· Regular attendance is required
· Must have desire to be team player
· Medication Administration (Med Techs only)
· Follow all OSHA, Fire, Health Department and safety requirements
Skills/Qualifications
· 18 years of age with a high school diploma or a GED
· You must be able to pass a criminal background check
· Experience with the elderly preferred but not required
· Must complete orientation and training before attending residents, and must complete continuing education hours annually
· Effectively communicate in English with residents and other employees
· Demonstrate high standards of ethics and personal accountability
· Basic computer skills required
- Push, pull, lift up to 50 lbs
