The Deli Associate is a vital member of our organization, playing an essential role in providing a welcoming, positive experience to customers, and ensuring food quality is maintained. Requirements:
Responsibilities and Duties

Maintain high level of customer service.

Assist in performing, implementing, and enforcing established daily operating procedures to ensure deli is clean, stocked, organized, and well kept.

Maintain quality brand image standards.

Maintain product quality and waste management.

Operate all food service processes: stock, label, date, rotate, prepare, and cook.

Execute proper food preparation, portion sizes, and the overall presentation of food.

Communicate any merchandising problems, price change requests, and equipment problems.

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Follow and ensure all health and food safety regulations are met.
Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Effective communication skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and problem-solve.
