We are looking for an Entry Level Team Member to join our growing team. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, developing new skills, and building experience in customer service, sales, and professional communication.
As an Entry Level Team Member, you will work directly with customers, learn about leading communication services, and develop practical skills through hands-on training and daily coaching. No previous sales experience is required.
As an Entry Level Team Member, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Meet with customers in person and create a positive customer experience.
- Learn and confidently communicate product and service information.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Introduce customers to available internet, TV, and home communication services.
- Answer questions regarding products, promotions, service options, and enrollment.
- Assist customers through the enrollment process.
- Maintain professional and positive acustomer interactions.
- Work alongside other Entry Level Team Members to accomplish team goals.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing coaching.
We are looking for an Entry Level Team Member who is:
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with new people.
- A strong verbal communicator.
- Motivated and willing to learn.
- Reliable, professional, and organized.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Interested in customer service, sales, business, communication, or professional development.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, sales, customer service, or a similar field is helpful but not required.
Every Entry Level Team Member receives hands-on training and ongoing coaching. You'll learn how to communicate effectively with customers, understand products and services, provide a strong customer experience, and develop valuable skills.
Our training is designed to help an Entry Level Team Member build confidence while gaining real-world experience in a professional environment.
