Expanding Real Estate Company needs competent and knowledgeable people for apartment complexes. We are an established and successful property management company looking to hire a great Make Ready person to help assist in the preparation of our vacant apartments for new move-ins. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, be able to work fast, work efficiently, have reliable transportation, be punctual, and accountable. This is an interesting, full time, year round position.
Work to be performed in Topeka and surrounding areas.
