What You’ll Do
- Provide friendly, helpful customer service
- Show customers how devices and accessories work
- Recommend products and upsells that fit customer needs
- Keep the sales floor neat, organized, and eye-catching
- Manage inventory and restock products
- Handle transactions using our POS system
- Support and guide junior team members
- Use basic math for simple sales and inventory tasks
- Answer customer questions in person and by phone
Requirements
- Bilingual (required)
- Retail or grocery store experience preferred
- Supervisory experience is a plus
- Strong communicator and comfortable engaging with customers
- Passion for technology and helping people

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
