Inventory Specialist
AFI Systems LLC is a provider of industrial electronic repairs, field service, systems engineering/robotics, and sales of new and refurbished automation equipment. We are looking to add a team member to help receive inventory into our database and put up on the shelves.
The position reports to the Purchasing Manager, and duties are as follows:
- Enter products into our database and place into inventory.
- Photograph parts and basic editing to optimize presentation for the web store.
- Deal with incoming orders and enquiries from the store.
- Packaging up of items and shipping of orders.
May be modified from time to time. Other duties, tasks and work may be assigned
BONUS PLAN
Year end bonus is paid depending on individual and company performance.
EMPLOYEE EVALUATION SUMMARY
Employee will be evaluated on quantitative productivity levels and accuracy.
WORK SCHEDULE
The work hours will be established between the manager and employee based on the scheduling and coverage needs of the company. The schedule will generally be an 8-hour period between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday with a half hour lunch break. Adherence to attendance and coverage policies is expected to be followed diligently. Time off will be granted with proper formal notice in accordance with company policy.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The environment is a professional (shipping/inventory) office environment. It may be necessary from time to time to go to our repair center, or to other departments relative to the requirements of the position. Dress attire is casual (no open toed shoes) but professional in an office setting. AFI Safety Policies must be adhered to at all times.

Required Experience
- This is an entry level position, no experience is required, however accuracy, good attitude and good work ethic is a must.
