Campanile Plastic Surgery is seeking an experienced Surgical First Assistant to join our busy plastic surgery practice and accredited surgery center.
Extensive experience with surgical closures and suturing is required. Candidates should be comfortable performing layered closures, assisting with soft tissue handling, and working efficiently in a fast-paced operating room environment.
Responsibilities
- First assist during plastic surgery procedures
- Perform surgical closures and suturing as directed by the surgeon
- Maintain sterile technique and assist with OR setup and turnover
- Anticipate surgical needs and support efficient case flow
Qualifications
- Previous Surgical First Assist experience required
- Strong suturing and closure skills required
- Plastic surgery experience preferred
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
Pay: $44.00 - $80.00 per hour
