About the Role:
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - ABA Therapist, you will work closely with our team of licensed therapists to deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in their homes. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Implementing ABA treatment plans under the direction of a licensed therapist
Collecting and recording data on client progress and behavior
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and their families
Collaborating with the treatment team to ensure seamless delivery of care
Maintaining accurate and timely records of client sessions and progress
Responsibilities:
Provide ABA therapy services to clients in their homes, as directed by a licensed therapist
Collect and record data on client behavior and progress, as instructed
Develop and maintain a positive, supportive relationship with clients and their families
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices in ABA therapy
Maintain accurate and timely records of client sessions and progress
Requirements:
Must hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, special education) or be a current student pursuing a degree in a related field
Must be certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to client homes
