We are seeking a Leasing Agent to join our dynamic team at Bella on Broadway located in Tacoma. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing property leasing processes, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a seamless experience for prospective tenants. Your contributions will directly impact our mission of delivering outstanding service and value. Hours would be Tuesday-Saturday.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience in residential/multifamily rental industry, property management or equivalent
- Energetic, outgoing, positive, and confident personality
- Superb customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Dependable work ethic; Weekends required
- Computer proficiency with industry software knowledge - & RentCafe a plus
- Professional presentation

- Leasing or property management experience (required)

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable work ethic – weekends required
- Computer savvy (RentCafe experience a plus)
