MIKETEEVEE SUMMER INTERNSHIP
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
MikeTeevee’s Summer Internship Program is a 10-week immersive rotational experience designed to develop emerging creative production talent through real-world agency exposure, hands-on learning, and mentorship.
Built around our learn + apply training philosophy, interns will gain direct experience across office operations, commercial production, post-production, and creative problem-solving while contributing meaningful support to active projects and internal initiatives.
This internship is ideal for highly organized, curious, self-motivated students or recent graduates interested in building careers in creative production, post-production, advertising, branded content, or agency operations.
PROGRAM SCHEDULE
- 10-week program
- 3 days per week (in-office)
- 5 hours per day
- 15 hours/week
Interns will complete rotational assignments, participate in seminars with senior leadership, shadow active productions, and complete a final Capstone Project presentation.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Production & Post-Production Support
- Support producers with scheduling, coordination, and day-to-day project needs
- Help organize files, decks, budgets, and creative assets
- Assist with research and preparation for productions and presentations
- Support review workflows, feedback tracking, and asset delivery
- Observe and assist with active productions and post-production processes
- Gain hands-on exposure to editing, finishing, and creative workflow systems
Office Operations
- Help maintain an organized and efficient office environment
- Assist with supply inventory, lunch coordination, and shared-space upkeep
- Support general administrative and operational tasks
- Assist with client hospitality and package/mail coordination as needed
REQUIRED SKILLS + QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant program (Film, Media Studies, Advertising, Communications, Marketing, Production, Design, or related field)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, with basic editing knowledge in Premiere Pro
- Proficiency with Google Workspace / Google Suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude and strong initiative
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable receiving feedback and applying it quickly
- Collaborative mindset with strong professionalism
- Interest in production, post-production, editing, and creative problem-solving
REQUIREMENTS
- Access to a personal laptop capable of basic creative workflows
- Reliable transportation to our Venice office
- Availability for the full 10-week program
