Duties
- Perform non-invasive aesthetic procedures including Botox, dermal fillers, laser skin treatments, dermabrasion, and body contouring with precision and care.
- Administer skin rejuvenation treatments such as laser hair removal, skin tightening, and esthetic laser therapies while maintaining strict safety protocols.
- Provide expert consultations to assess client needs, explain treatment options, and develop customized treatment plans aligned with their goals.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care, product recommendations, and skincare routines to ensure optimal results and satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized treatment environment adhering to all health regulations and sanitation standards.
- Support retail sales by demonstrating skincare products, conducting product demos, and upselling suitable treatments or products to enhance client results.
Requirements
- Valid licensure as a registered nurse with specialized training or certification in cosmetic injections and laser treatments.
- Proven experience in med spa or aesthetic clinic settings with skills in botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, laser procedures, and esthetic treatments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients clearly about procedures and aftercare instructions.
- Demonstrated customer service excellence with a friendly, professional demeanor that fosters guest loyalty.
- Familiarity with salon or spa software including management of front desk operations and appointment scheduling.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards.
