- Respond promptly to live chat questions and comments, providing exceptional customer service and building rapport.
- Promote special offers, discounts, or bundle deals during live sessions to maximize sales opportunities.
- Manage product inventory information and coordinate with the team to ensure accurate product availability.
- Collect customer feedback during broadcasts to improve future sessions and enhance overall shopping experiences.
- Track sales metrics from live sessions and report on performance to help refine sales strategies.
Skills
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued for engaging diverse audiences effectively.
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service, with a strong understanding of sales techniques.
- Excellent communication skills—confident speaking clearly and persuasively in front of a camera.
