We are seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as a Part-Time Maintenance Technician for one apartment complex in Washinton, NC. This position will be on call every other weekend. This position is responsible for Interior work including painting, cleaning, moving appliances, basic carpentry, basic plumbing, cleaning out vacant units, preparing for new residents and completing Maintenance Requests from current residents. The Maintenance Technician will also be Dealing with some Vendors such as Pest Control and Landscapers.
· Must be a safety-conscious individual with a good work ethic. "Dependable transportation" and a valid DL are required.
· Be able to Pass the Company Background Check
· Take Pride in the community by walking the grounds and picking up trash daily.
· Be able to Complete Unit Turns - to include painting.
· Be able to Complete Maintenance Requests - in a timely manner
· HVAC and appliance repair would be a plus.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
