Duties
As a Certified Pharmacy Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications
- Providing excellent patient service by answering questions and addressing concerns regarding medications.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and medication logs to ensure compliance
- Performing inventory management tasks, including ordering, receiving, and stocking medications.
- Ensuring cleanliness and organization within the pharmacy area to promote a safe working environment.
Experience
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Certification as a Pharmacy Technician from an accredited program.
- Preferred Previous experience in a retail pharmacy or similar healthcare setting
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks performed.
