What You’ll Do
- Provide individual and group psychotherapy for clients with depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, ADHD, and related conditions
- Conduct intakes, assessments, and treatment planning
- Support clients receiving ketamine therapy and TMS, including preparation and integration sessions (training provided)
- Collaborate closely with psychiatric providers and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain timely, accurate, and ethical clinical documentation
- Participate in supervision, case consultation, and team meetings
- Grow clinically while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
Who We’re Looking For
Required
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Active Arizona associate-level license (LAC, LMSW, LAMFT, LPC-Associate)
- Desire to help people, truly and deeply
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working with complex presentations
- Commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice
Preferred (not required)
- Experience or interest in trauma-informed care, integration therapy, or interventional psychiatry
- Familiarity with motivational interviewing, IFS, DBT, EMDR, and/or somatic approaches
- Interest in working alongside psychiatric providers
- Curiosity about ketamine therapy and neuromodulation treatments
