The HR Manager responsibilities include:

Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using Kronos

Process new hire paperwork

Provide scheduling data, including maintaining previous schedules

Track attendance and tardy s, provide disciplinary forms to managers as needed
-
Meet and work with leaders in the organization to understanding staffing needs
-
Work with schools and other organizations to improve our applicant pipeline

Make sure employees time is properly tracked for payroll purposes

Work with our team to ensure we continue to have a positive work environment

Help support Managers with employee relations
HR Manager Qualifications:
- Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle challenging situations

Attentive to details
-
Previous experience dealing with workers comp, unemployment and employee relations

Previous experience working with scheduling preferably in a healthcare setting

Previous experience dealing with employee relations
