Job Title: Bakery Store Manager
Shift Requirement: FT
This will be a full-time position to manage in the sale of high quality baked and frozen goods, while following all food safety, quality, and employee safety polices. Successful candidates will be required to complete manufacturing documentation, follow written and verbal instructions, move, and lift objects weighing up to 50lbs, perform repetitive motions, work in warm or cold environments, and wear required uniforms and PPE
General Function: Plans, directs and coordinates safe bakery operations to ensure a continuous flow of quality customer service that meet or exceed all requirements for our bakeries.
Reports to: Store Owner
Responsibilities and Duties:
Maintain high level of Quality and Efficiency of production through excellent customer service and providing delicious products.
- Meet and exceed standards of customer service.
- Meet and exceed sales and profitability objectives; maintain high personal sales level and drive store results.
- Support the recruitment, retention, and development of employees.
- Deliver the highest level of customer service to each guest.
- Maintain high standard of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety.
- Monitor and meet the performance standard of core values and support a culture of growth and service
- Oversees in day to day operations such as store and product rotation
- Efficiency of production process on a as needed basis which includes determining positioning of employees for inventory purposes as well as evaluation of employee’s competency with producing a quality product in a standard amount of time.
- Complete required paperwork
- Establish safety procedures and ensure compliance
- Assist with raw material purchasing
- Establish hours of operations
- Establish weekly production schedule according to store inventory
- End of day cash drawer reconciliation with point of sales system
Job Requirements:
· Two (2) years of store management experience in bakery, restaurant, or fast food.
· Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with high self-confident and able to clearly communicate complex information.
- Demonstrated success in Training, Operation Development, and Customer Service
- Maintain and foster an owner mentality among self and all subordinating managers.
- Personal familiarity with daily store operation, from opening to closing.
- Hands on manager.
- Ability to work full-time, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Blackout Period: Our industry is such that we are not able to grant any time off in the last quarter of the year. However, we will close on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
