Do you love meeting new people, being involved in your community, and spreading happiness? At Nothing Bundt Cakes, we're looking for an Event Joy Creator who is passionate about creating meaningful community connections while helping guests celebrate life's biggest moments.
As an Event Joy Creator, you'll represent our bakery throughout the community by building relationships with local businesses, schools, organizations, and event planners. You'll attend community events, generate catering and fundraising opportunities, and help grow our brand by sharing the joy that only Nothing Bundt Cakes can bring.
What You'll Do
- Represent Nothing Bundt Cakes at community events, festivals, vendor fairs, and networking opportunities.
- Build relationships with local businesses, schools, churches, hospitals, and community organizations.
- Generate new catering, fundraising, and corporate gifting opportunities.
- Deliver samples and marketing materials to potential business partners.
- Work closely with the bakery team to coordinate and execute successful events.
- Help set up and break down event displays while maintaining our brand standards.
- Track leads, follow up with potential clients, and help convert opportunities into sales.
- Create memorable guest experiences that leave a lasting impression.
- Assist with in-bakery promotions and special events when needed.
What We're Looking For
- Outgoing, energetic personality with excellent communication skills.
- Passion for networking and building lasting relationships.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Organized with strong time-management skills.
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the local community.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods during events.
- Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends for community events.
