Clementine Home Care is seeking an Armenian Speaking Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)/Caregiver to join our team in Newtown Square, PA.

Provide care for an elderly woman who has mild Dementia and needs companionship and personal care: bathing/grooming, ADLs
Need to remind about medications: Arthritis, pain meds, heart meds
Ensure the patient’s safety at all times, patient is frail
Build a genuine connection with the patient and the family
We Offer:
- Competitive wages - $19 - 20 / hour (pay will be scaled based on verifiable experience level).
- Mileage compensation (currently 70 cents per mile) between cases
- Profit sharing plan - Company contributions will be made at the Company’s discretion to all employees who meet the plan’s eligibility requirements.
Requirements:
- Successful completion of a nursing assistant course or the equivalent and maintenance of certification
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Previous home care experience with acceptable references preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times
