We are a child care seeking enthusiastic and committed PreK Aide to join our team. Similar to the Lead Teacher the teacher aide is there to review and implement curriculum. In case of lead teacher absence, must show ability to take on the class. They coordinate the children’s schedules to ensure they have a proper balance of education, play time and rest.
Requirements:
- Must pass a background check
- Must be able to provide children with interactive, age-appropriate activities.
- Responsible for attending trainings and ongoing professional development.
- Must complete assessments with children 3 times a year, providing feedback and support to both students and parents
- Ensure that a clean and safe environment is provided to all children.
