WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
You will represent Legacy Home Remodeling building relationships with homeowners.This is a position designed to strengthen your communication, confidence, resilience, and sales skills.
You will:
- Connect with homeowners and introduce Legacy Home Remodeling
- Learn to identify potential exterior remodeling opportunities
- Train daily with experienced leaders

EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH
Starting Opportunity: $3,000-$6,000 per month while developing your skills and consistency.
Experienced Performance: $6,000+ per month as you build experience and performance.
Top Performers: High-performing team members can earn $10,000+ per month.
Sales Career: As you advance into sales, many representatives earn $200,000+ annually, with top performers exceeding $300,000.
You can also advance within the marketing organization into trainer, assistant manager, and marketing manager positions, with additional earning opportunities tied to team performance. Eligible sales positions include performance-based bonuses and uncapped commission.
