We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and experienced CNAs or HHAs to join our home care team near Hobe Sound, Florida. This role is ideal for caregivers who are comfortable working day shifts and providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a home setting.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on caregiving experience
- Must hold a valid CNA license or HHA certificate (required)
- Ability to consistently work day shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation
- CPR certification (preferred)
- Must be able to speak English fluently
- Male or female candidates welcome
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the home, ensuring comfort and safety
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Support mobility, including transfers and repositioning
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition
- Assist with medication reminders (as permitted)
- Light housekeeping related to patient care (laundry, meal prep, maintaining a clean environment)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Follow care plans and communicate effectively with family members and the care team
