Lead AI & Data Solutioning
Partner with sales and account teams to qualify and shape AI and data transformation opportunities.
Lead technical solutioning for enterprise pursuits ranging from strategic initiatives to large multi-million-dollar engagements.
Facilitate executive workshops, discovery sessions, and AI strategy discussions.
Translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions and implementation roadmaps.
Architect Modern Data Platforms
Design enterprise solutions leveraging technologies such as:
AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Snowflake
Databricks
Data Lakes & Lakehouse Architectures
Data Warehousing
ETL/ELT Pipelines
Streaming Data Platforms
Data Governance & Master Data Management
Drive AI Innovation
Design and architect solutions utilizing:

Large Language Models (LLMs)

Evaluate emerging technologies and build reusable AI accelerators, reference architectures, and best practices.
Client Engagement
Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.
Present solution strategies and technical recommendations to business and technology leaders.
Support proposal development, RFP responses, and executive presentations.
Partner with delivery teams to transition solutions into successful implementation.
Leadership
Mentor architects and engineers across the AI and Data practice.
Promote architecture standards, governance, and engineering best practices.
Foster innovation and continuous learning throughout the organization.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
12+ years of experience in Data, Analytics, or Cloud Architecture.
5+ years designing enterprise AI or cloud-based data solutions.
Experience supporting pre-sales, consulting, or solution architecture engagements.
Strong expertise with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Hands-on experience with Snowflake and modern cloud data platforms.
Experience designing scalable ETL/ELT, analytics, and data integration solutions.
Knowledge of modern AI technologies including Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and RAG architectures.
Strong understanding of data governance, security, and enterprise architecture principles.
Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
Preferred Experience:
Experience with one or more of the following:
Azure OpenAI
AWS Bedrock
Google Vertex AI
Databricks
Snowflake Cortex
Python, SQL, Spark, or Java
Power BI, Tableau, or Microsoft Fabric
Industry experience in Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, or Energy is preferred.
Cloud and AI certifications are a plus.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $140,300.00 $310,700.00.
