As an Entry Level Account Associate, you'll work directly with customers to troubleshoot their rising account issues and provide the ultimate customer support needed. You'll receive hands-on training in customer relations, sales strategy, and account leadership, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career.
No previous experience is required, we provide all the training you'll need to succeed.
Entry Level Account Associate Responsibilities:
- Meet with customers to discuss AT&T products and services
- Troubleshoot customer account issues that arise
- Build positive relationships through excellent customer service
- Assist with customer acquisition and retention efforts
- Develop communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Work alongside experienced managers to learn sales account strategies
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Entry Level Account Associate Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and motivated
- Comfortable working in a team environment
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful but not required
