Location: West Berlin, NJ (on-site)
Position Type: Full-time, 38.75 hours per week
Hourly Compensation: $22.00 per hour
Overtime: Voluntary, based on Business needs
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Healthcare: Available, premium paid 70% employer/30% employee
Responsibilities:
- Answer vendor calls and manage daily communication.
- Respond to vendor messages via email and eBay.
- Create and send quotes for existing vendors.
- Create purchase orders in Odoo.
- Monitor inventory purchasing on eBay to ensure adequate stock availability.
- Track and review chats across all online stores.
- Contact customers regarding order cancellations.
- Perform daily shipping reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
- Review and respond to order comments in BigCommerce.
- Send abandoned cart emails to engage potential customers.
- Monitor and respond to website reviews on Yotpo.
- Assist with delivery issues and coordinate resolutions.
- Process sales orders in Odoo for eBay and Amazon stores.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, operations, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with customers.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
- Familiarity with Odoo, BigCommerce, eBay, Amazon, and/or related platforms a plus.
