Overview
McCloskey Mechanical is seeking a highly experienced Commercial HVAC/R Technician to support our expanding operations in the Sarasota / Bradenton region. This role requires specialized expertise in Commercial Refrigeration Systems, Rack Refrigeration, and Glycol Chiller Systems.
Core Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial refrigeration systems
- Perform installations, startups, and retrofits of HVAC and boiler equipment
- Service DX systems, chillers, AHUs, RTUs, VAVs, and BAS/BMS controls
- Interpret schematics and equipment specifications
- Maintain compliance with codes and safety regulations
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years commercial HVAC/R experience
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
- Valid Driver's License
- Strong troubleshooting skills

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8-hour Shifts | Overtime Available
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
