Job Summary
A growing aerospace and defense manufacturing team in Lake Elsinore, CA is seeking a Potting Assembler: Electronics for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This hands-on production role is ideal for a detail-oriented assembler with experience working with reactive adhesives, resins, compounds, small electronic components, and precision assembly processes.
The Potting Assembler will work primarily in a controlled potting lab environment, mixing compounds according to detailed work instructions, applying or injecting materials into assemblies, and supporting the production of high-quality electro-mechanical products. Key Responsibilities
- Mix potting compounds, resins, and adhesives according to work instructions, measurements, weights, tolerances, and pot life requirements.
- Apply or inject potting materials into connectors, assemblies, and components using manual methods or pneumatic syringe equipment.
- Perform precision electro-mechanical assembly using travelers, routers, blueprints, engineering drawings, and detailed production instructions.
- Operate small hand tools, power tools, microscopes, and production equipment to complete detailed assembly tasks.
- Follow quality, safety, ESD, and controlled process requirements to ensure products meet aerospace and customer specifications.
- Participate in training, certification, general assembly tasks, and other production duties as assigned.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Schedule: 4/10 Alternative Work Week Schedule, Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Location: Lake Elsinore, CA.
- Candidates must be available and able to commit to the Monday through Thursday 4/10 schedule.
