What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff performance
- Train, coach, and develop team members
- Open and close the store using proper checklists and procedures
- Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care
- Support scheduling, inventory, and sales initiatives
- Foster a positive, team-first work culture
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Previous restaurant or hospitality management experience
- High standards for customer service, store cleanliness and teamwork
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Flexible availability (including weekends/holidays)

Expected Hours: 32 - 40 hours/week
Projected Total Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00/hour
